To All Fellows

The basic fact is that one should express their opinion in any group discussion instead of imposing it. This is the norm of democracy, whether one agrees with it or not.

Firstly to fellow Gulam Nabi’s recent outraged article where he critizes Dr. Towghi’s past and character, along with other respected fellows, in my opinion his concern is out of the context. As he claims that most of them who are abroad are unaware of the ground reality of Balochistan. Dear fellows take a deep breath, this is not the case; Dr. Towghi has been active for Baloch causes for extensive amount of time with many others. His recent Washington D.C. trip that made a remarkable speech regarding recent Balochistan crises in my opinion is undeniable and should be appreciated. You mention his conflict (while he was working with Baloch nationalist) at Shawl is a totally different issue and Dr. Towghi himself can better respond to that himself, not someone else. In the end we come to understand that we all have weaknesses.

Secondly we have recently seen that it was the abroad  Baloch community in London and Sweden who demonstrated against Pakistan’s government internationally and spoke about the Balochistan crisis. It clearly shows that those (foreign Baloch) are the true representatives of Baloch and Balochistan.

Finally it seems to me that within Balochistan most of the intellectuals, writers, activist, students and Baloch from abroad as well fully supported Nawab Akbar Bugti call for stronger unity. I think Nawab Bugti’s inspirational vision for long term of Balochistan interest sparked a heated debate on your article against him, but without strong and logical argument. As you know the rulers have tried in the past to divide and rules among Baloch nationalist and he will continue the same strategy in the future. Polarization  has sever consequence and rulers can easily hijack Baloch leadership one by one. They will try to split and then let them fight among each other for power. As you know this is always has been the case in the past.

In conclusion Nationalists have never been capable of delivering the collective mandate of the Baloch nation which should represent every mind of Balochistan. This is the real time for our all nationalists leaders and political parties to commit themselves and think above their parties, leaders, and supporter for the sack of Balochistan.
