The credit goes to you for the release of the news
of 'Dr. Imdad is Alive'. But how they have been
detained by Dera Ghazi Khan Police on what charges?
Is it prohibited for any Baloch to visit Dera Ghazi
Khan? Who has sent our Baloch student Leaders to Sera
Ghazi Khan airport? What for their remand for three
days were taken?
There are lot of questions to be answered by the
authorities to clearify their positions.
We wish this news be true and our Students Leaders
return home very soon.

The Paki government just annouced they ahve arrested

To all Baloch Politicians,Students and patriotic
Baloch,
Since 25March,2005, Dr. Imdad Baloch,Dr.Yousif Baloch,
Dr.Ghulam Rasool, Dr.Allah Nizar, Ali Akhtar,
Naseem Baloch, Nawaz Ali have been kidnapped by ISI
and other Secret Agencies, and are missing. A wave of
protests and demands for their release were raised by
Baloch and non Baloch Human Rights Organisations but
all these attempts were ingored by Paki authorities.
In support of kidnapped Baloch students leaders, our
most sincere sons like Ataullah Kurd and Obaidullah
Achakzai have decided to go on hunger strike till
their kidnapped & missing colleagues are either
released or produced in a court of law to defend
themselves. As per latest report the conditions of
bothe hunger strikers Kurd and Achakzai have become
very serious and deterriorated. All these peaceful
attempts have so far failed to move the dictators to
come to their senses.
Finally a writ has been filed in the High Court
against the Federal and Sind Provincial Governments
in this regard and the Court has very kindly acceded
to the request of the petitioner and ordered the
Federal & Provincial authorities to produce the
detainees on 27th of May 2005.
Although the people of Balochistan have no hopes and
expectations for any sort of justice from Pakistani
Courts; as witnessed in Dr.Shazia's case or any other
case, since the creation of Pakistan. As the Courts
have been an instruments in the hands of Paki
dictators and endorsed all breaches and voilations of
consitution and deprivation of the people of their
basic human rights under the instrument of
necessities.   
In case our kidnapped Baloch students were neither
produced in the court nor released; and our beloved
sons on hunger striks are forced to die in front of
our eyes; Should we keep quiet and may not move to
save our students whether kinapped or on huner strike.
As suich I appeal to all Baloch politicians whether
with the government or against it, to raise their
voice against the injustices being done to the Baloch
nation with out any further delay. As the time is
running fast. Meantime we appeal to our patriotic
sons, who are struggling under the banners of BLA &
BLF and all political parties and student
organisations to be prepared to retaliate against all
criminal acts of Paki and ISI in the same manners as
they are doing against people of Balochistan. If they
kidnap one Baloch in any part of Pak, we should
kidnap Ten Punjabis in Balochistan and let them learn
a lesson that killings and kidnappings are not the
right solution. And if they dared to practice such
acts; they must be punished in the same manner, so
that they may realise their mistakes.Because as long
as we beg and request them for linency, they make
fun and mokery of us - as we are very weak. As such
reply them in the manner they believe and understand
your language.
