Your ongoing rivalry for the Kharan-Panjgoor NA seat is devastating for the much-needed 4-Party Alliance and is likely to be more devastating for Baloch National Movement at this crucial time. I am almost certain that if both of you continue to compete for this single seat, the MMA candidate or an outright Musharraf toady will be the winner, thus giving the regime a proof that the nationalists do not have the support of Baloch majority. Another disservice to the cause will be this: You will make one group of the nationalist voters and activists fight another one, at a time when the Baloch need unity and mutual love, not tension and animosity.

There is an honorable solution: Accept Waajah Agha Shaid Bugti, the honorable Secretary General of the Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP), as a hakam, requesting him to make a quick assessment to see which of your two parties is likely to get more votes if both of your candidates continue to compete. The result of this assessment by Agha sahib should be accepted by the party likely to get less votes, thus withdrawing its candidate in favor of the one likely to get more votes.

Agha Shahid Bugti, like most of the JWP leaders is an honest and honorable man and has enough sincere supporters within the constituency to help him make this assessment in a short period. Non-aligned BSO leaders and activists as well as nationalist Islamic religious circles may help Agha sahib.

If both parties do not accept Agha sahib's hakamiyyat or the results of his assessment, one of the following should be done, in my humble opinion:

1. The JWP should bring its own candidate in the field if not too late, or declare openly its support either for the NP or BNP candidate, working vigorously for his success.

2. If the above does not happen, all the Baloch voters including the nationalists should go ahead and vote unitedly for the MMA candidate, thus giving once again a shock treatment to the Chaakar-Gwahraam-syndrome-suffering selfish BNP-NP leaders. This will at least put on the record that the nationalists have also voted for the MMA, obliging the Baloch ulama and mawlawis to fight more for the Baloch nationalist cause, and eventually form an independent nationalist "Jamiyyat Ulamaa-i Baloch". Such a nationalist JUB, eventually joining the Baloch Alliance led by our heroic Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti is much needed.

All are requested, please, to pass on this to other web sites, print media, BNP-NP-JWP-MMA leaders and the voters and activists of the Panjgoor-Kharan NA constituency.

May God bless our brother Mohammad Albalushi for bringing up the ongoing devastating rivalry of the BNP and NP for the Panjgoor-Kharan NA seat. Let us all request that one of these two parties withdraw its candidate. A group of non-aligned honest persons living in this constituency can make an assessment to see which one of the two parties is likely to get more votes if the compete to the last. The candidate likely to get less votes must withdraw otherwise otherwise MMA or another enemy of the Baloch Nationalism will win the seat. We should be thankful to the JWP of Nawab Bugti and the Khayrbakhsh group for NOT nominating their separate candidates,and thus NOT making the 4-Party Alliance a joke, although because of Nawab Bugti's Balochistan-wide popularity, his candidate would have been the clear winner ! Dear Towghi jaan: I agree with you that BNP and NP instead of competing with each other and in the mean time both of them against mulla's of MMA they must agree to nominate a single candidate of winning party and compete with MMA candidate. If both parties (BNP & NP) bring their candidates in the field their votes will be divided and that may result in defeat of both of them and the winner will be MMA. We request wise leaders and cadres of both parties for God's sake please sit together and agree on a single candidate in this election and allow the other party's candidate to stand in the coming election. Doing so they can retain this seat for Baloch otherwise they will have no representation in the assembly of their own province.
